About Me

I’ve always been interested in fitness. I played 3 sports in high school and a number of intramural sports in College, but it wasn’t until I was in my 40’s that I truly gained the knowledge to transform my body. The transformation I undertook was one of necessity.  I spent 10 years sitting behind a desk in my 30’s, gaining 5 to 10 pounds a year. Before I knew it, I was 100 lbs overweight with 2 bad knees and no hope in sight.  It wasn’t until a good friend of mine bought a gym and I started working part time that I decided to get healthy. Once I made up my mind to do it I needed the tools, so I went to work, searching for as much information as I could find. In one year I lost nearly 100 lbs. I went from barely being able to walk up a flight of stairs with my bad knees to running a 5 mile Spartan obstetrical race and finishing 246 out of 6,000 men.
After a number of people noticed my transformation and asked for help with their own health, I decided to get certified as Personal Training through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
I also applied the knowledge I gained to my life experience in playing sports to help young athletes gain the competitive edge they need to thrive in today’s extremely competitive interscholastic sports at both the high school and college level.
I believe my strength as a trainer comes from being there... whether it is being 100 lbs overweight or a state competitive athlete. I am able to adapt my training to any level of fitness.

I had the pleasure of training with Chuck Tobias and getting into the best shape I have been since playing collegiate sports. After having two children and hitting my 30’s simultaneously, I was yearning for the feeling of being strong and healthy again. After three months of training 3x/week with Chuck, I lost 12 lbs and 10% body fat. As a result, I feel healthy, strong and energized. His training included a perfect combination of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) cardio in addition to strength training. He coached me how to do each exercise and work with different weight equipment allowing me to feel and be successful in a gym atmosphere. He was motivating and pushed me to the next level even when the going got tough! He was supportive, encouraging and stuck with me every step of the way. What a great experience with a top-notch trainer!

Philosophy

Fitness goes far beyond looks. It improves your health and quality of life. Make it fun and enjoyable so you feel satisfied and successful!

Experience

In my 10 years of experience I have worked with a variety of people with different levels of fitness - from athletes and competitors, to those with serious health conditions or other limitations-including amputees.
I played basketball and volleyball during college. During that time-I fell in love with being fit. I would always come up with different and effective exercises that got my peers’ attention. This led to my helping them get great results and I received lots of positive feedback! It was then I realized that I love helping people reach their goals... there is nothing better than hearing that I changed a person’s life!

"I have been training with Chrissy for around 7 months. With her training and nutrition plan I am now down 126 lbs and I’m off 2 insulin injections, blood pressure pills, and cholesterol pills, 2 pills for my back and one pill for my knee. She helped me to get my life back. Hard to put into words what she has helped me accomplish. Plus it would take a small book to fit it in. Thank you Chrissy."

Philosophy/About Me

When my youngest son went to school I decided it was time to get back in shape. I joined a gym and things were going good but I could never get past the plateaus. Then I experience my first HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class and I knew this is what I needed. I remember it like it was yesterday. There were so many things I couldn’t do—even just simple push-ups! I felt sore that week and I smiled about it! I knew then that this is exactly what I needed!
As a result-I have seen a change in my body, self-esteem, and overall feeling of happiness. I am having way too much fun and don’t want to quit! I seek crazy adventures where there is potential to get cut, scraped, bruised and have muscle fatigue but this doesn’t stop me—it motivates me! I have accomplished 15 miles of climbing mountains, survived mud crawling; rolling under barbed wires; scaling walls and wading through swamp waters to complete races such as Spartan Races, Warrior Dash, GoRuck Challenge, ran a half marathon, 10k, 5k…..now I’m looking to help others accomplish their goals!
I am so excited to share what I have learned, to help inspire and motivate others to get in the best shape of their lives and feel amazing inside and out at any age! I never have a client do a workout that I have not done myself!
If you are serious about getting in the best shape of your life, than come take small group classes with me. I will give you the tools you need to accomplish your fitness goals. I will hold you accountable and at the same time be your biggest cheerleader. You can do it and I want to help you!

Philosophy/About Me

I was not always a healthy and fit individual and struggled with my weight for years. Five years ago I decided that I had enough and was tired of the way I felt about myself. I wanted to start living a life I always dreamed of-A FIT LIFE! I weighed 209 lbs when I started my journey to becoming healthy. Today, I am at a healthy weight and live my life to the fullest!
How did I do this? Through clean eating and exercise-I was able to reach my desired goal and have maintained it since then. It didn’t happen overnight and I did hit a few plateaus along the way but that did not stop me!
I’ve learned many things about myself. I found I love to run! Running has changed my life. I have participated in many running events-5ks, 10ks, half marathons and completed several Spartan Races. I have recently completed a GoRuck Challenge! Biggest life changing experience to date! In the near future, I plan to run my first marathon! In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, watching movies, kayaking and I LOVE TO COOK and try new recipes! And of course SHOP!
I’ve realized the benefits of being active and eating healthy. I continued this passion for fitness into becoming a personal trainer in order to help others be the best that they can be! My main goal as a trainer is to make sure your reach your desired goals and to make it FUN! I will support you and push you to the results you seek. I have a tremendous passion for fitness and look forward to helping clients push past their comfort zone while setting goals and living healthier lifestyles. Changing lifestyle habits so that they can become a permanent way of life!
Never ever say you can’t - you can do absolutely anything you put your mind to---the sky is the limit!

"I was about to turn 40 when I decided to make a change and become healthy. My first call was to Casie to ask for help. I had never been the athletic type, in fact, I hated anything that made me “work”. I remember being very intimated and embarrassed about how I could have let myself get to this point. Casie never once judged me and was very encouraging from the very start. She tailored my exercise plan to suit my unique physical condition and fitness goals. About 4 months into my journey I decided to train for the Hershey Half Marathon. Casie provided me with encouragement and advice along the way. Just before the race, Casie notified me she had an opportunity to run the half marathon too, and she wanted to run with me to support me. It was then I realized what a wonderful trainer she really is. I was nervous, not for the run, but I didn’t want to let her down. During the run, when I felt overwhelmed or wanted to stop, Casie was there to keep me going…I could not have finished 13.1 MILES without Casie Price. I have since sustained an injury that has kept me from exercising… but Casie has not forgotten me. She often checks in on me to offer encouragement and reassurance that I will get back on track. I know I would not have the motivation to exercise without Casie."

Bio

Around 1988, after many years of participating in organized sports, I decided to join a gym to change my body into something that I could feel better about. I was quite slight in stature and was looking to add muscle and tone. I really didn’t know anything about lifting or how to start the process of transforming myself into that better body image. I watched and asked question of others in the gym who appeared to know a little about what they were doing.

Through those early years, I started to see my body respond with the help and knowledge of the people around me who were willing to share what worked for them. Other people, who had similar goals as me, noticed my own body results were dramatic and they began asking me for guidance. I decided to pay it forward and today I continue to impart the knowledge I have learned. I take each person’s individual needs and goals and do my best to train them so not only do they start to see positive results in their bodies, but have an enjoyable experience while doing so.

I feel my best attribute is being capable of motivating others. It is a priority of mine to make working out enjoyable for all. I have an ‘old school’ approach and methodology that I implement in my training that others find appealing and yet enjoyable. I am results oriented, and of course with commitment, I can get anyone the results they want, yet I tailor every session to meet the client’s individual needs. I am certified by ACTION since 2015.

MMA Instructor
Muay Thai & Judo focused

About Me

I am a lifelong martial arts practitoner. I began studying Judo at age 8 and Muay Thai at age 20. I very much enjoy teaching students at any skill level and helping them see the beauty in both disciplines. The best part of teaching Muay Thai and Judo is watching the confidence grow in those I teach. I love watching the faces light up when they accomplish something they didn't think they were able to do.
Muay Thai is the 'art of eight limbs. Muay Thai fighters strike with their elbows and knees in addition to punching and kicking techniques. Balance and flow are developed along with core strength and cardio conditioning.
Judo means 'the gentle way.' This Olympic sport focuses on using leverage and misdirection. Practitioners use an opponent's strength to their own advantage and overcome by skill rather than strength.
While learning self-defense skills, students gain physical strength, balance, focus and body awareness inside class.
Outside of class, students walk with confidence knowing they are prepared to be leaders in school, handle any stress calmly at work, or defend themselves if necessary. Adolescents also develop a positive self worth along with respect for parents and elders. Let me help you acquire any of the above and just enhance your workouts at the Club!
