Sparta Classes Coming Soon!

Sparta

Sparta is a high-intensity, full-body, interval style fitness routine which incorporates strength and core training along with cardio exercise. It is designed to burn fat and tone up those "soft" areas while improving your cardiovascular system. With everyone doing something different, you never have to worry about someone watching or judging you. You do your own thing and work at your own pace. You will push out as many reps as possible in the allotted time and the next time you will go for more! Not only do participants burn as many as 900 calories in a single class - the "after burn" continues to burn fat for up to 48 hours post exercise. Sparta will get your heart pumping, sweat flowing, and muscles burning with lots of cardio and metabolic training.

BOOT is a fusion of cardio, strength, balance and flexibility. The objective is to continually shock the body to create change. Maximize your time and training outcome using the most effective 30-minute metabolic resistance training method, diving into 12 exercises that cover all aspects in fitness.

The T-Grip Cardio Barbell class is the most innovated barbell program in the world and gives you the results you are looking for using functional strength training techniques. This class is for anyone looking to get lean, toned, strong and fit. Using light to moderate weights and featuring the T-Grip barbell, workouts include lots of repetition so you get a complete body workout! The instructor will guide you through the strategized movements while encouraging and motivating you with an awesome selection of music to keep you energized!

TABATA

TABATA - "the four minute miracle" is a high intensity interval training class that follows a specific format of 20:10 where exercises are performed for 20 seconds and followed by a 10 second rest repeated for 8 times for several rounds. Tabata workouts are short in duration and designed to boost post exercise caloric burn so your metabolism keeps burning more calories long after the exercise is over. Tabata offers the newest and most unique approach to HIIT the fitness world with incredible results!

Indoor cycling classes are done in a fitness studio, STUDIO A, with Matrix Tomahawk bikes! Instructors guide participants through workout phases during a 45 minute class including warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, and more. HIIT classes are a part of the program which consists of 35 minutes of high intensity interval training on designated days. Bring your workout indoors during the cold winter months! Join indoor cycling!

Release your inner beast! Looking for the next challenge? This class is for you! Instructor is always keeping you guessing while challenging you and taking your workouts to the next level! Getting ready to participate in a mud run/Spartan race... commit to 6 sessions for the series-fee $10/session. Space is limited.

Piloxing is a non-stop, cardio fusion of standing Pilates, boxing and dance that will push you past your limits for a sleek, sexy, powerful you. Piloxing cardio fusion incorporates cutting edge research and fitness techniques to burn maximum calories, build lean muscles, and increase stamina. Piloxing uniquely blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with exhilarating dance moves and targeted sculpting and flexibility of Pilates. Classes are on a TBA schedule.

The Silver Sneakers Fitness Program

The Silver Sneakers Fitness Program is a fun, energizing program that helps aging adults take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity and offering social events. The group fitness class includes low impact cardio movements to assist you in reaching your target-heart rate, while using light hand weights and resistance bands to assist in joint and muscle movements.
